Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Callus purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.
Starting a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at support@callus.com.
If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note that items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at support@callus.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different size or colour is to return your original item once approved and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered after delivery
If you have any questions regarding your item's eligibility, please contact us before returning it.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.
Returned items must still be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original packaging
- With tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@callus.com.
